Most of our guests come for work: a new role, a project, or a posting that could run three months or twelve. They need at least one month in Toronto, often before they know how long they will stay, and cannot sign an unfurnished 12-month lease.
Every suite is furnished and equipped, in the Financial District and downtown core, so you can arrive with a suitcase. Not a hotel nightly rate. Not a 12-month landlord commitment. Stay by the month and extend as your plans firm up, subject to availability. If you need to cut the stay short, 30 days' notice ends it.
Check-in is open 24/7, so a late flight is not a problem. You get dedicated customer support and a 24/7 guest hotline for the whole stay. If your employer is reimbursing you, copies of your invoices and receipts are available whenever you or your company need them.
